Overview In this position, the incumbent will compute, classify, and analyze numerical data and financial records, and verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings related to business transactions.

Position Location Tysons Corner, VA

Travel Regular travel between the Tysons headquarters and the Frederick, MD site is required.

Responsibilities

Enter orders in our CMS system and work orders in the Infralink system.

Create, submit, and post billings for various contract types and manage accounts receivable and under‑billings for large multi‑year projects.

Provide cost analysis and explain variances to project teams.

Conduct monthly Key Project Reviews (KPR) and provide ad‑hoc reporting for project managers and executives.

Assist with monthly financial forms and ensure acceptable justification for all variances.

Project Procurement Planning

Lead procurement planning efforts for projects in collaboration with project management teams.

Ensure compliance and logistics are included in the detailed procurement plan post‑award.

Help procure the job according to plan before 20% completion and perform monthly analysis of actual purchases versus plan.

Enter orders and create work orders in CMS and Infralink systems promptly.

Produce monthly billing, resolve billing concerns, and post invoices to customer and company systems.

Prepare and provide data for required monthly reports and participate in weekly regional meetings.

Monitor contract compliance and customer reporting related to billing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

8+ years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Collaborative, effective communicator who can work independently and solve problems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
