Application / Design Engineer
Full-service building automation solutions provider, handling everything from engineering and installation through programming, system integration, graphic interface development, and final commissioning. This role blends technical design with hands‑on project coordination to deliver efficient, reliable building automation solutions.
Base pay range $85,000 – $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
Design and develop control system layouts, wiring diagrams, and points lists.
Create sequences of operation and assist with BAS programming and commissioning.
Select controllers, sensors, and field devices for HVAC and lighting systems.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure proper installation and system performance.
Review submittals, drawings, and specifications to meet project and customer requirements.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in BAS or HVAC controls design and engineering.
Working knowledge of DDC controls and open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred.
