Mute is a trailblazer in adaptable office architecture, redefining workspaces with our innovative Mute Modular system and acoustic pods. We have collaborated with top brands such as Netflix, Microsoft, and L’Oréal to create future-ready, comfortable, and sustainable offices and commercial spaces.

Our dynamic, agile, non-corporate work culture fosters autonomy, confidence and the opportunity for self‑realisation in the area of your expertise. We prioritise good team relationships and open, direct communication, focusing on achieving business goals instead of creating unnecessary procedures, writing too many e‑mails and organizing numerous meetings.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Build strong relationships with architects, workplace consultants, D&B firms and dealers.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, pricing and closing.

Develop and manage a high‑performing dealer and partner network.

Represent the brand at major industry events (NeoCon, CoreNet, IFMA, Design Week).

What you bring: Experience

7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market.

Strong background in architecture, interiors, Design & Build, acoustic products, modular systems, furniture or other premium categories.

Proven success in building a robust pipeline and closing high‑value, complex projects.

Experience negotiating with C‑suite leaders and large corporate accounts.

Expert consultative‑selling and solution‑selling skills.

Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including public speaking.

Ability to build trusted relationships in the A&D, fit‑out and workplace ecosystem.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).

Self‑driven, organized and effective in a geographically dispersed work environment.

Nice to have

Familiarity with the U.S. workplace design or commercial interiors ecosystem.

Experience supporting showroom operations or coordinating client events.

Existing relationships in the A&D / dealer network across key U.S. regions.

Additional language skills beyond English.

What we offer:

Competitive package & flexibility—competitive base salary, performance‑based bonus.

Innovative and sustainable culture—we invest in R&D to ensure our products remain cutting‑edge and prioritize sustainability and ESG standards through eco‑friendly materials and inclusive design.

Unique team‑building events and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

The opportunity to work on exciting, high‑impact projects that combine innovation, functionality, and aesthetics.

Ready to join? If you’re excited about helping organisations create agile, comfortable spaces and want to be part of a company at the forefront of office design, we want to hear from you. Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV along with a short introduction to rekrutacja@mute.design
