Director of Talent + Human Resources at SANDOW Design Group LUXE Interiors + Design is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth across Connecticut, Westchester County, and select New York City accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is engaged in — or eager to be fully immersed in — the residential design community. The position requires strong presence, credibility, and the ability to represent a luxury brand in the market.

About the Role As Sales Director, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of clients across our full omnichannel platform: print, digital, events, video, podcasts, and strategic custom programs designed to elevate our partners’ profiles with affluent consumers and the residential design trade. This role reports to the Publisher of Greater New York.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with designers, architects, builders, showrooms, and luxury retailers across the region

Drive revenue across LUXE’s integrated platform by aligning client goals with smart, multi-channel opportunities

Create thoughtful, strategic proposals that support partner growth

Maintain strong renewal performance while expanding the regional client base

Represent LUXE at industry events, showroom activations, and other key gatherings

Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and a best-in‑class client experience

Maintain an active pipeline through disciplined CRM usage and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

Must be based within easy access to CT/Westchester/NYC for frequent in-person meetings and events

Prior advertising sales experience; experience in design, luxury lifestyle, or related categories preferred

Demonstrated success selling integrated, multi-platform programs

Strong communication, presentation, and CRM management skills
