What you’ll do

Establish a clear vision, direction and priorities for the Southeast Enterprise Account region

Inspire the field teams (Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Professional Services) to execute passionately against that vision

Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the Enterprise Central region

Fully responsible for leadership of team to exceed quota, accurate forecasting, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulation of the implementation of agreed account and business plans

Build an elite team, hire top talent, mentor, coach & develop the sales team; establish and maintain senior relationships within partner organization

Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with peer regional directors throughout the world in line with our culture

The Experience You Bring

At least 10 years of successful enterprise software sales management in a relevant area (Cloud Data Management/Integration preferred)

Strong understanding of the Cloud Data Management / Integration market as well as a proven track record of management and strategic selling

Experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business objectives

History of exceeding quota and closing multi‑million dollar, multi‑year deals, with experience building and managing a senior team in a SaaS or hybrid business

Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills and a history of thriving in a rapidly changing environment

Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships

Ability to lead, motivate and direct a diverse team; influence others to achieve results; prioritize, drive accurate and timely decisions; work effectively with senior management; operate effectively in a matrix environment

Maintain operational command of the business and bring strong organizational skills and executive calling experience and presence

Professional demeanor, articulate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability & willingness to travel as well as the ability to grow business strategically including demand generation

Compensation Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $400‑450K (inclusive of commission). Base compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
