About the Role Are you a visionary creative leader passionate about shaping compelling brand narratives and delivering exceptional customer experiences? This extraordinary opportunity allows you to join a high‑impact team where you will drive the creative vision for ambitious, data‑driven advertising campaigns from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

Lead the creation and execution of ambitious, data‑driven concepts that translate business needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer‑focused solutions.

Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and producers to craft customer‑focused solutions that achieve advertiser objectives.

Drive the concept, design, and execution of innovative advertising campaigns and experiences for prominent global brands.

Develop campaigns under the guidance of Creative Directors, fostering strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.

Provide stellar art direction and deliver high‑quality designs for campaigns across various touch points.

Present compelling ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders, external agencies, and clients with exceptional interactive storytelling.

Ideate and develop creative solutions across various media, including film, print, digital, out‑of‑home, experiential, and social platforms.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting aggressive deadlines.

Navigate creative messaging feedback effectively, working with legal and PR teams to ensure compliance and brand integrity.

Must‑Have Qualifications

8+ years of experience driving compelling creative strategy and execution within an agency or in‑house creative team.

Deep understanding of the Telecommunications and Entertainment industries.

Exceptional presentation skills and a proven ability for interactive storytelling.

A strong fascination with innovation and emerging technologies.

Data‑driven mindset, obsessed with understanding customers and delivering measurable results.

A robust portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process, strong visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that effectively solve customer and business problems.

Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful teamwork.

Exceptional craft skills and a critical approach to project ownership.

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, work autonomously, and expertly multi‑task.

In‑depth understanding and proficiency with industry‑standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brands and 360‑degree campaigns.

Proficiency in a wider range of design software, including Illustrator and InDesign.
