Pay Range: $70 to $80/hr W2

Description: From inception through launch, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious data-driven concepts that translate needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, customer-focused solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and execution, articulating end-to-end experiences, and turning that vision into high-quality experiences. This could include user interface designs for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns. You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant and intuitive designs with a highly analytical nature, precise execution, and a drive to design, build and deliver.

Key job responsibilities

Be customer obsessed. Think strategically.

Partner with strategists, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives

Concept, design and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands

Create campaigns under the guidance of Creative Directors, collaborating with internal teams, clients and external agency partners

Deliver high-quality designs and stellar art direction for campaigns across different Amazon touch points

In-depth understanding of Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint

Data-driven and obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers results

Present ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and clients

Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines

Working through creative messaging feedback with Legal and PR

Qualifications

8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

Has a deep understanding of Telecommunications, and Entertainment

Excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability

A fascination with innovation and technology

Data-driven and obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problem

Strong organization and collaboration skills

Exceptional at your craft and a critical project owner

Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task

In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma)
