Consulting– Technology Consulting – SAP – Supply Chain – Manufacturing‑Manager (Multiple Positions) (1664108), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Palo Alto, CA.
Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations, focusing on enhancing performance and productivity in the digital era. Lead and deliver quality SAP Manufacturing projects or workstreams. Work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities, liaising with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions. Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting, complete workflows, architect solutions including functional design, test solutions, write documentation, and configure and/or integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage and motivate diverse teams. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, maintain long‑term client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 4 years of advisory and/or consulting experience is acceptable.
Must have 4 years of experience providing advisory and/or consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end‑to‑end solutions in SAP.
Must have 4 years of functional and technical experience with SAP S/4 modules: SAP PP, SAP PP‑PI, and SAP QM.
Must have 4 years of experience with SAP interfaces to Manufacturing Execution Systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems, and shop floor controls.
Must have 4 years of experience with manufacturing data including Material, BOMs, Production Versions, Routings, and Recipes.
Must have 4 years of experience creating and leading SAP workshops for external clients, including designing and presenting client‑facing PowerPoint presentations.
Must have 4 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team members and onsite process architects for coordination and day‑to‑day delivery of projects.
Must have 4 years of experience translating business requirements into end‑to‑end SAP‑enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing, and solution deployment.
Must have at least 2 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals.
Must have at least 2 years of project management experience.
Requires travel up to 80%, including up to 10 % international travel.
