We’re hiring a
Chief of Staff
to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team, accelerate execution across the company, and build the operational engine that supports FullEnrich’s next phase of global scale.
About the CEO & Leadership Environment You’ll work directly with

Benjamin is deeply hands‑on across Product, GTM, Ops, and Strategy, and values:

The Role The Chief of Staff is the CEO’s
top operator , responsible for ensuring that FullEnrich executes at the highest level.
The focus is not “do everything,” but mastering
three core zones
essential to a fast‑scaling SaaS company:
Core Zone 1 — Strategic Planning & Execution Turning strategy into plans, plans into action, and action into results.
Driving priorities, cadence, alignment, and execution across the company.
Core Zone 2 — Analytics, Finance, Business Insight Bringing structure, modeling, clarity, and depth to major decisions across Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
Core Zone 3 — Operational Excellence & Cross‑Team Leadership Ensuring alignment and operational clarity between Product, GTM, Engineering, RevOps, Finance, and Ops.
Building systems, removing friction, accelerating execution.
What You’ll Do 1. Strategy & Company Cadence
Transform CEO decisions into clear execution plans
Own operating system, performance management system, company rhythm, planning cycles, executive sync, accountability
Drive alignment across Europe and US orgs
Measure progress and ensure deadlines are met
2. Execution Leadership
Lead the CEO’s highest‑impact initiatives
Unblock GTM, Ops, Product, and Engineering
Clarify priorities and ensure follow‑through
Increase decision velocity across the company
3. Analytics & Business Insights
Build models for forecasting, pricing, unit economics, NDR, usage, churn
Analyze GTM and product data to guide decisions
Provide structured decision input to the CEO
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early
4. Finance & Planning
Support financial planning with CEO and Finance
Support P&L ownership for teams, hiring plans, and headcount ROI
Contribute to fundraising materials, metrics, and narratives
5. Cross‑Functional Leadership
Ensure communication flows effectively across continents and teams
Lead cross‑team missions (launches, GTM changes, system upgrades)
Improve operational clarity and remove friction
6. High‑Stakes Strategic Projects You will be trusted with initiatives such as:
US expansion and market strategy
API ecosystem scaling
Enterprise product rollout
Board preparation and investor updates
Special CEO projects requiring discretion and speed
