Emergency Physician – Norwalk Hospital, Nuvance Health
Full‑time position at a Level II trauma center located in Norwalk, CT (60 minutes from NYC).
Job Summary Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients presenting to the emergency department, including evaluation and management.
Responsibilities
Deliver acute medical care to patients in the emergency department.
Perform evaluation and management of acute conditions.
Document patient care using Cerner EMR with support from scribes.
Participate in on‑call and shift coverage as scheduled.
Job Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in ABEM/ABOEM with Connecticut State and Federal Narcotic Use Registration.
Willingness to work full‑time, flexible 10‑hour daytime shifts; overnight coverage may be required.
Previous emergency department experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with nursing and support staff.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are helpful.
Compensation Salary range: $370,000 – $390,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
