Orthopedic Surgeon - Locum Tenens
Base pay range: $100.00/hr - $1,000.00/hr
Location: Iowa – one week per month beginning January 2025, ongoing.
Coverage required: General Orthopedic Surgery – fracture care, infection care.
Work schedule: Mon‑Fri for a week each month with weekend call Fri 5 p‑Mon 8 a. On‑call average 2‑3 cases per day.
Case mix: 96% adult cases, 4% pediatric/adolescent cases.
Qualifications:
Active IA license or IMLC required.
Board certified or board eligible within two years of training.
