Must have technical and functional skills for this senior‑level, full‑time position. Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog, mobile app, and virtual agent is required.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, web services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with project teams during planning meetings, retrospectives, and pre‑iteration sessions.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
Knowledge of SQL query creation and LDAP queries for connecting to Oracle, MySQL, and AD.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Effective communication skills with both non‑technical and technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and behavioral competency.
Technical Competency
Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, and web services.
Knowledge of SQL query creation and LDAP query creation.
Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or Political Asylee/Refugee is required.
Salary Range $130,000 – $150,000 per year.
