Base pay range $230,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Roessel Joy has partnered with an established non‑profit on a new CFO position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with managing accounting/finance staff, have a strong background working in the non‑profit industry, and experience supporting grant accounting.
Responsibilities
Participates in strategic financial and accounting initiatives.
Presents financials to the Board of Directors.
Partner with the rest of the C‑Suite on strategic initiatives.
Oversee all accounting functions including month‑end‑close, financial reporting, and financial audits.
Oversee grant related financial reporting.
Complete budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
Manage a team of accounting/finance staff.
Support system and process automations.
Qualifications
5+ years of Non‑Profit Accounting Leadership.
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
Experience with Board relations.
