Primary Care Physician (Russian-Speaking) – PACE Program
Location:
Springfield, MA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation:
Up to $250,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Russian-speaking Primary Care Physician
to join our interdisciplinary team within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Springfield, MA. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centered primary care to an elderly population, supporting their health, independence, and overall well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary care provider for PACE participants, delivering comprehensive medical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Conduct routine and acute visits, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate specialty care as needed.
Collaborate closely with the PACE interdisciplinary team (nursing, social work, rehab, behavioral health, and others) to develop individualized care plans.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and care plan reviews.
Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care to Russian-speaking participants.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed (if applicable).
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; Geriatric certification is a plus.
Active Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Fluency in
Russian
required; additional languages a plus.
Experience with geriatric care, long-term care, or PACE programs highly preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
Competitive salary up to
$250,000 , commensurate with experience.
