What You’ll Do
Grow Your Book: Prospect and develop new business through networking and relationship‑building with Retail Agents.
Be the Expert: Develop deep knowledge of high‑risk wholesale insurance solutions across product lines, industries, and risk types.
Deliver Results: Analyze submissions, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure coverage for complex risks.
Lead & Influence: Educate partners on RPS’s full range of solutions and, when assigned, mentor and guide support teams.
Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and carrier guidelines to ensure profitable growth.
Travel as needed: Engage with clients as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven business development and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
A proactive, goal‑driven mindset with urgency to achieve production targets.
Ability to leverage data and tools to craft comprehensive insurance solutions.
Requirements / About You
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Sales experience in wholesale insurance or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
On top of a competitive salary we also offer a wide range of benefits.
