Grow your book by prospecting and developing new business with retail agents. Become an expert in high‑risk wholesale insurance solutions across product lines, industries, and risk types. Analyze submissions, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure coverage for complex risks. Educate partners on RPS’s full range of solutions and mentor support teams when assigned. Monetize market trends and carrier guidelines to ensure profitable growth. Travel as needed to engage with clients. What We’re Looking For
Proven business development and relationship management skills. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A proactive, goal‑driven mindset with urgency to achieve production targets. Ability to leverage data and tools to craft comprehensive insurance solutions. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience. Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sales experience in wholesale insurance or related field preferred. Compensation and Benefits
