Business Unit Manager
to drive strategic growth across its power-related product lines. This role owns the full spectrum of business unit performance—overseeing marketing strategy, product development coordination, sales execution, and team leadership.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:
Lead marketing, sales, and product strategies to grow market share and profitability
Analyze market, financial, and competitive data to guide short- and long-term planning
Champion new product initiatives—from concept evaluation through launch
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Accounting, and Sales
Support the sales pipeline with pricing strategy, proposals, customer interface, and deal negotiation
Build and mentor a high-performing sales, marketing, and customer service team
Track KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and provide executive-level reporting
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of sales engineering/management experience in
aerospace/aviation
Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities
Experience with ERP systems, government contracting (FAR/DFAR/ITAR) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to travel 35–50%
