Assistant Boutique Manager

to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the timepiece industry and a proven track record of selling to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Compensation:

$70k-$75k + Bonus & Commission

As an

Assistant Store Manager , you will support the Store Manager in leading the boutique, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, overseeing daily operations, and fostering an environment that reflects the brand’s values of quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager on business strategy and performance objectives, including sales monitoring, KPI tracking, outreach planning, and client activation initiatives.

Oversee day-to-day store operations such as inventory management, visual merchandising, back-of-house organization, hospitality replenishment, vendor coordination, and reporting compliance.

Coach, mentor, and develop the team to ensure ongoing professional growth and consistent achievement of performance goals.

Collaborate with leadership to build and execute client relationship strategies and CRM action plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Actively participate in the sales floor experience — delivering personalized service, cultivating long‑term client relationships, and contributing to store sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable client‑focused environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and drive results.

Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Confident, professional, and polished demeanor.
