What You’ll Do

Demonstrate deep health plan sector knowledge with functional expertise in key business trends/topics – including front, middle, and back office performance

Lead client business development and client relationships

Stay abreast of current business, tech, and industry trends relevant to the client’s business

Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds

Manage client relationships and delivery – mitigate risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

Provide constructive on‑the‑job feedback and coaching to team members

Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment

Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree

MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable

6+ years of experience in health plan tech consulting

3+ years in a senior role (manager, director) within a professional services firm

Demonstrated experience driving commercial relationships within existing clients and developing new prospects at the VP/director level

Strong credentials and success in defining and delivering digital/tech solutions

Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects

High level of motivation and a self‑starting attitude

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A strong work ethic

Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Executive‑level presence and communication
