What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the ICHRA platform, covering various employer and member touchpoints
Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners dedicated to different domains within the ICHRA ecosystem
Set strategic priorities and coordinate planning across multiple teams to ensure alignment
Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, align on solutions, and deliver on roadmap outcomes
Monitor platform performance and operational outcomes, using insights for prioritization and iteration
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior capacity managing other product managers or owners
Proven experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms
Experience working in or with regulated industries, ideally healthcare, insurtech, or HR tech
Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with ICHRA, ACA, or other consumer-directed health benefits
Familiarity with health insurance carriers, enrollment workflows, or EDI formats
Agile certification or training (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
Experience scaling a product team or leading product operations initiatives
Strong systems-thinking approach with the ability to design for both external and internal users
