What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Mobility and cFlex electronic fare payment systems

Collaborate with product management, customers, business owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories

Innovate solutions that enhance customer value while reducing costs and increasing flexibility

Maintain and refine the program backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on value and dependencies

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the Umo Pass solution

What is Required (Qualifications):

Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, product management, or related role

Passion for improving customer experience and addressing customer journeys

Advanced skills in prioritizing and managing unexpected challenges

Proven ability to use data and knowledge to evolve product strategy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Diverse experience in product management, project management, vendor management, user experience, or customer support

Direct experience with Software‑As‑A‑Service business models

Success in driving strategy using behavioral analytics tools and customer engagement platforms

SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile practice certifications
