Projects are around 80% new construction and 20% reroofing but the company also has a large service department which brings in around $14 million annually. They work with a variety of roofing systems but the primary focus is single‑ply and modified bitumen. The current owner was previously an employee and most of the senior leadership have worked their way up through multiple promotions.
