Superintendent - General Interior Finish Out

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex for a Superintendent – General Interior Finish Out. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget, managing subcontractors, and enforcing quality control and safety standards. They will also coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of interior finish‑out projects. Additional responsibilities include maintaining logs and records, scheduling and planning tasks, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in project management, scheduling, and overseeing daily construction activities.

Experience in working with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.

Proficiency in enforcing and implementing safety protocols on the construction site.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with budgeting and cost management to keep projects on budget.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Previous experience in interior commercial or residential finish‑out projects is highly beneficial.

Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
