Overview A Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for leading the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, managing performance, and driving sales while ensuring operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
Ensuring operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and meeting operational standards.
Coaching and developing leaders within their area of responsibility.
Owning or overseeing the weekly schedules of leaders and associates.

All Store Leadership Team Responsibilities
Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
Conducting associate observations and associate coaching.
Understanding all associate roles and ensuring all roles work for the team and customer.
Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
Independently managing labor hours within the store to drive profit.
Owning overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication.
Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
Additional duties: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking and standing.
Salary Minimum Salary: $73,300.00 | Maximum Salary: $91,600.00

Experience reviewing business reports and taking immediate action to achieve results.
A sense of self-awareness and openness to feedback.
Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level.
Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision‑making.
Proven ability to link company strategies to day‑to‑day activities and inspire team.
Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedule.
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
