The Head of Commercial Alliances & Partnerships reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for creating a strategic plan to develop an ecosystem of external relationships that align with Alter Domus’s overarching goals. These relationships are cultivated to create mutual value, expand market reach, drive revenue, and enhance the company’s offering. The role will be based in New York. Profile
Strategy and execution: develop and lead the comprehensive partnership strategy, from identifying and evaluating potential partners to executing the go‑to‑market plan. Relationship management: build and maintain long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, including managing communication, expectations, and performance. Negotiation: lead complex contract discussions and negotiations with partners to establish favourable and sustainable strategic partnerships that drive incremental revenue, service adoption, and market expansion across regions. Cross‑functional leadership: partner with regional sales, relationship management teams, and product teams to achieve growth targets through joint GTM planning, commercial enablement, and strategic account engagement. Amplify the AD brand: collaborate with Marketing to build partner success stories that strengthen AD’s brand awareness and value proposition within the partnership ecosystem. Performance tracking: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and ROI, and regularly report to senior leadership. Market analysis: stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities that give the company a competitive advantage.
