Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Our client is looking to add home health registered nurses throughout New York. As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit patients in their home to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care for various patients.
Responsibilities
Perform home care assessments.
Implement the Plan of Treatment, including wound care, injections, medication management, etc.
Supervise home health aides.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN licensure in New York.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation
Salary Range: $95K - $110K
