Job posted 10/21/2025. The Boston University School of Social Work is looking for an MSW Virtual Supervisor to support students across all BUSSW MSW programs (Online, On-Campus, and Off-Campus) in all U.S. time zones.
Position Type: Part-Time Location: Boston, MA, United States Salary Grade: $31,000.00–$41,000.00 (Grade 48)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide group supervision and individual contact to MSW students during their practicum placements.
Use an anti-oppressive and reflective supervision framework to foster student professional growth.
Demonstrate strong understanding of CSWE competencies and social work practice skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
Minimum of 2 years post-MSW professional experience.
Ability to supervise students or practitioners in diverse settings.
