Job Location: Boston, MA, United States. Position Type: Part‑time. Salary Grade: 48. Expected Hiring Range: $31,000.00 – $41,000.00.

The Boston University School of Social Work is looking for an MSW Virtual Supervisor to support students across all BUSSW MSW programs (Online, On‑Campus, and Off‑Campus) and U.S. time zones. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide group supervision and individual contact to MSW students during their practicum placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSWE competencies and social work practice skills, demonstrated success in supervising students or practitioners in diverse settings, and the ability to foster professional growth through an anti‑oppressive and reflective supervision framework.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Required Skills
