We’re hiring an
Emergency Response Coordinator
to respond to property disasters and guide homeowners and businesses through their first steps after a loss. This role blends sales, service, and field leadership. Every day is different, and your work makes a real impact.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types

What You’ll Do
Respond to fire, water, storm, structural, and impact losses.
Meet customers on-site and provide calm, clear guidance.
Help with insurance claim initiation when needed.
Secure authorizations for emergency services.
Educate clients on mitigation and reconstruction.
Manage active, follow-up, and overnight job logs.
Communicate with internal teams for seamless handoffs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in restoration, mitigation, emergency services, or construction.
Strong communication and people skills.
Confidence approaching customers without a warm intro.
Ability to stay steady in fast-changing, high-stress environments.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Schedule
Rotating day/night shifts (similar to a firefighter schedule).
Must be ready to respond during evenings or weekends.
