Manage a variety of complex, cross‑functional projects, working closely with Product, Engineering, and various Global e‑commerce teams to deliver new products and features to market. Perform general project‑management activities including preparing the project schedule, defining milestones, tracking progress, mitigating risks, removing blockers, and leading Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master. Ensure smooth product/app releases to market. Create and maintain the roadmap/feature lists for the teams you work with, alongside the corresponding Tech and Product leaders. Own the collaboration process and tools, provide training, and continuously optimize tool usage. Define program‑driving processes, identify ways to improve them based on data, and embrace team culture and principles. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or above with 5+ years of project delivery or process‑optimization experience; technical background a plus. Strong understanding of project frameworks with a data‑driven mindset; Agile familiarity desirable. Self‑motivated with a proven track record of getting things done and managing multiple projects in parallel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for the Internet industry and willingness to grow with the company while tackling emerging global challenges. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. About TikTok

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is
$156,800
-
$403,200
annually. Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work; this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, etc. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
