Salary:
$180,000 – $230,000 Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO

Permanently 100% Remote

Our product integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools such as Google and Outlook, enabling users to manage their book of business, streamline workflows, and grow their practice. We are Series B funded ($30 M), founded in 2012, and have 100 employees. The team is remote‑first and distributed nationwide.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior Rails developers to make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product.
Build, deploy, and maintain third‑party integrations.
Create and extend client‑facing components in React and TypeScript.
Implement new features and enhancements with Ruby on Rails.
Navigate front‑to‑back end architecture improvements.
Work closely with technical product teams on custom UX‑led features.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
Strong experience with React (and optionally TypeScript).
Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3).
Experience with Linux, PostgreSQL, and DevOps tools is a plus (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
Demonstrated architectural decision‑making and senior engineering mindset.
