Typical Responsibilities
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests at the front of store.
Promote a physical security culture throughout the store.
Respond to and document security incidents.
Leverage de‑escalation tactics during incidents.
Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support apprehension.
Perform merchandise receipt checks to prevent theft.
Submit documentation in the case management system.
Understand and use video surveillance system.
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
Work safely at all times and report hazards.
All other duties as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Meet state or local licensure and other legal requirements.
Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
Strong communication skills; ability to use frequency devices and handheld scanners.
Work independently and with a team.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks.
Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
Capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in varying temperatures and humidity.
