Role Overview Due to significant growth and expansion, we are seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the PRG located in Coral Gables, Boston, or London. The successful candidate will play an integral role in evaluating performance, summarizing data, conducting ad‑hoc analyses, and assisting in the development of new fund products and strategies. The role offers an opportunity for immediate impact and career advancement.

Role Responsibilities

Calculate gross, net, and pro‑forma IRRs, TWRs, multiples, and other performance and financial statistics and ratios.

Maintain, own, and prepare attribution reports, investor reports, performance metrics reports, and track records.

Engage directly with senior leadership, capital formation, and deal teams to produce and deliver valuable insights.

Develop and enhance data extracts and report templates to accurately and efficiently aggregate data for investment and fund analysis.

Conduct ad‑hoc and pro‑forma analytics at the investment, portfolio, and fund levels as needed.

Assist with special projects to standardize and enrich data across the platform.

Monitor investment and fund activity to ensure accurate reporting.

Model fund and strategy returns with pro‑forma and sensitivity analyses for deal teams and senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Analyst: 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, business analytics, or investment operations, preferably within financial services.

Senior Analyst: 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, business analytics, or investment operations, preferably within financial services.

Accounting, Finance, or STEM degree with a strong academic record; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.

Experience calculating performance and financial ratios for private equity, private credit, or real‑asset portfolios.

Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) preferred.

Distressed debt or direct lending experience (term loans, revolvers, total return swaps, mezzanine debt, public and private bonds) a plus.

Advanced Excel skills – capable of building and enhancing complex models.

Strong data and systems skills – proficient with large data sets, extraction, aggregation, and manipulation.

Accountable and ownership of work product, with a focus on detail, urgency, process improvement, and quality.

Strong planning, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior members and external parties.

Proactive problem solver with analytical precision and creative solutions.

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to handle tight deadlines.

Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate agility with evolving workloads.

Experience with FIS VPM, Investran, IVP Polaris, or similar portfolio accounting systems a plus.
