Overview
McDonald's franchisee posting for a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM leads a team to achieve restaurant goals and develops the organization to improve results.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Department Managers with defined responsibilities, set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
Ensure the restaurant operates in alignment with quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
