The role is part of our Application Support Group as an Account Processing Analyst supporting the New Accounts team. This is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications

Review documentation related to a new account

Collaborate with other cross‑functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance

Cross‑reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account

Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

Correspond with clients, sales representatives and client‑service representatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 6, 63; IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job‑related

Excellent communication skills

Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills

Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask

Self‑organized team player with an excellent eye for detail

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
