Eberl Claims Service
Eberl Claims Service is seeking skilled Drone Pilots to support property‑claims inspections. Qualified pilots will operate drones to capture high‑resolution aerial imagery and data, enabling accurate damage assessments in compliance with FAA regulations.
Locations Winter, WI
Key Responsibilities
Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight operations, including airspace coordination, equipment assembly, and hazard mitigation.
Operate drones safely and in accordance with company policies, using smooth flight techniques to capture multi‑angle images.
Verify data integrity through regular image quality and sensor checks, and store collected data securely.
Communicate professional explanations to insureds regarding the inspection process.
Use Eberl platforms for scheduling and profile management.
Report incidents promptly to Operations Manager or Coordinator and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Equipment
Backup high‑resolution drone (DJI Preferred) that meets all FAA guidelines.
Equipment list provided upon request.
Tools sufficient for an 8+ hour daily workload.
Qualifications
Current FAA Part 107 Certification and ongoing FAA compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical problem‑solving abilities for inspection challenges.
Detail‑oriented with effective delay management.
Physical capability: standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, lifting up to 60 lbs.
Proficiency with technology platforms and dashboards for data analysis.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to travel frequently and drive extended periods.
Ability to operate in extreme weather and near commercial hazards.
Customer‑focused attitude for complaint resolution.
Collaborative team player with flexibility.
