My customer is seeking a tenured and capable enterprise applications Product Owner/Manager with a minimum of eight years of industry experience within the product domain. They require someone who is highly effective at liaising between business stakeholders, executives and the technology delivery team. W2 candidates only; sub vendor and C2C resources will not be reviewed.

Key Qualifications

8+ years of direct Product Ownership experience; Product Management experience preferred.

Large enterprise experience, with Financial Services tenure ideal.

Exposure/understanding of technology (APIs, reporting, backend systems).

Strong communication skills – ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders.

Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and facilitation experience.

Responsibilities The end goal of this role is to migrate the resource into Product Management. This individual will not drive technical initiatives but must engage effectively with the technology delivery team.

With great performance, there is a possibility of full‑time conversion.

Job Details

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $65.00 – $75.00/hr
