Key Skills Required For The Position
SALES . Walk in on day one and close over 50% of the leads you meet.
LEADERSHIP . First‑one‑in, last‑one‑out leader who holds weekly 1‑on‑1s, staff meetings, and drives business growth.
FINANCE . Manage the facility P&L, meet monthly with ownership to review budget vs. actuals line by line.
This General Manager Can Expect

To facilitate weekly staff meetings covering key data points and driving forward action.
To be held accountable in financial meetings against an annual budget that predicts line‑by‑line revenue, overhead, COGS, etc.

Assist with member progress check‑ins.
Set up new memberships in the POS system.
Collect and process payments.
Provide front desk sales and information.
Assist with special events.
Manage all sales.
Qualifications
Associate Degree.
3 years of management experience.
Exceptional sales ability and passion.
Knowledge of gym and retail operations.
Positive, energetic “can‑do” personality.
Committed to being the first one in and the last one to leave.
Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
