Duties & Responsibilities
Managing all operational aspects of the store, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from crew members.
Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, making sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
Preparing products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and completing associated paperwork.
Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Navigating within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly; making correct monetary change.
Operating a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.
Physical Requirements
Daily tasks performed from a standing position; majority of the shift on feet.
Walking on tiled or linoleum surfaces; working surfaces between 36" and 44" tall.
Unloading bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs, lifting and/or stacking.
Crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs as required.
Hand‑eye coordination required for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
