A fast-growing, hospitality-driven entertainment group is searching for an experienced
General Manager
to lead one of its full-service entertainment & dining locations. This role is ideal for a GM who thrives in a high-volume, experiential environment where operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development all intersect.
What You’ll Lead
Financial & Operational Strategy : Drive fiscal accountability, oversee facilities, and ensure all operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements are met.
Guest Experience : Elevate every touchpoint—from pre-show service to post-visit satisfaction—with a focus on consistently achieving strong
NPS
results.
Talent Development : Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team; ensure clear role expectations and growth pathways.
Brand & Culture Stewardship : Lead key meetings, maintain brand standards, and cultivate an engaging, high-energy culture for both guests and staff.
Scalable Systems : Implement and refine processes to streamline operations, improve flow-through, and maintain exceptional service during peak volume.

NPS and guest satisfaction trends
Labor management against target
Turnover at or below standard

What We’re Looking For
Proven success as a
General Manager
in high-volume full-service dining, entertainment, theater, or experiential hospitality
Strong financial acumen with direct ownership of P&L
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Track record of building strong teams and delivering an exceptional guest experience
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, floor-level leadership
