Position Summary The Senior Analyst Distribution – SPG role is a multi‑faced position developed to manage the end‑to‑end operational and financial distribution activities and reporting related to St. Pierre Group (SPG) brand. The role will be responsible for supply chain modeling, analyses, system support, and project management that ultimately lead to improved operations and business recommendations. The role is also a key contributor with implementing and maintaining SPG supply chain operational and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Modeling, Analysis, & Financial Reporting (15%)
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain SPG supply chain operational and financial metrics and KPIs.
Work with Finance to ensure allocation of shared distribution expense equitably to SPG.
Develop month‑end reporting recap with Finance tracking SPG total distribution expense.
Manage 3PL invoice validation, review, and timely approval.
Manage import tariff duties process including invoice review and validation.
Supply Chain Operational Duties (70%)
Inbound PO management: duplicate inbound POs in Oracle, liaise with Bakehouse Inventory Control and receiving warehouses to ensure timely and accurate receipt, manage PO creation for Bimbo Bakehouse production.
DRC (Display Ready Case) management: develop and manage DRC program, maintain inventory levels, track packaging and open‑stock, support cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end process.
Sample Process Management: manage customer and QA sample requests, develop process to minimize operational disruption, maintain inventory rotation and 3PL compliance.
Item and customer setup in Oracle and 3PLs, including item master, shelf‑life and pallet configuration.
QFS (Quality Food Safety) and Customer Support (15%)
Serve as subject‑matter expert on customer supply chain and address cross‑functional concerns.
Lead traceability activities, maintain warehouse contact information, and provide updates to SPG and BBK QFS.
Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership Competencies

Education and Work History
Bachelor’s Degree required in supply chain or business‑related field.
3–5 years of working experience.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing, and supply chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Intermediate Access).
Travel is estimated at a
moderate
level to support on‑site operations and stakeholder meetings.
