The TF33 Materials Analyst is responsible for the management of proposals, orders, and multiple customer agreements supporting all TF33 customers: DLA, US Air Force, and NATO. The key function in this role is to support aftermarket spare part sales through various SAP transactions and reporting. Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, capability to prioritize daily tasks, and ability to work independently under pressure on multiple projects are all critical to success in this role.

What You Will Do

Manage all DLA parts to ensure every part is accounted for from sourcing through delivery, including monthly updates of the Delinquency Report, continuous schedule alignment of supply and demand, and regular updates of CDRL to communicate status to customer.

Maintain detailed understanding of customers’ critical pacing material and report monthly to DLA to provide delivery status on the most critically needed parts for the Tinker depot.

Assist in creating/defining a supportability status for all parts.

Interface with internal and external organizations and customers to communicate and prepare for successful material alignment, material sourcing, material expedite, and material shipment.

Receive inputs internally and package and deliver clear external messaging to the customer.

Qualifications You Must Have

BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

8 years of Business and/or Supply Chain experience or an Advanced degree with 5 years of Business and/or Supply Chain experience.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer

Previous SAP experience desired; working knowledge of MRP/sales orders in SAP.

Previous experience with DLA Aviation and/or USAF customer and contracts preferred.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal—in relating directly with the U.S. Air Force, DLA, and NATO Customers.

Efficient in use of Office software (Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

What Is My Role Type? In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. This role is:

Onsite —employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Not Relocation Eligible—relocation assistance not available.

Salary range:

$101,000 USD – $203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
