Operations Manager
to lead day-to-day performance across Warehouse, Quality Control, After‑Sales Service, and Facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, knows how to streamline processes, and can turn operational goals into real results. If you’re a hands‑on leader who loves improving systems, motivating teams, and keeping operations running at a high level, this is the role.
Responsibilities
Lead warehouse, QC, service, and facility operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety
Build a strong, accountable team culture with clear expectations and ongoing coaching
Implement SOPs and process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, RMAs, and demo equipment
Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Product, and Supply Chain to align priorities and solve cross‑functional issues
Manage budgets, freight costs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy and support system improvements
Qualifications
5+ years in warehouse or operations leadership
Experience with SOPs, process improvement, and logistics coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of inventory management, QC practices, and basic Lean/continuous improvement
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate a mixed office/warehouse environment
