Job Type Part Time, in-person and telehealth options available.
Compensation Board Eligible psychiatrists will be compensated at $150 per hour and Board Certified psychiatrists will range between $200 and $250 per hour depending on preferred work schedules.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing medication treatment plans.
Collaborate with therapists and care coordinators to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations.
Document visits and treatment plans within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completed residency training in Psychiatry.
Board certification in Psychiatry or eligibility for certification.
Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
Familiarity with telehealth practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in psychiatry.
Additional Role Parameters
Flexible scheduling, minimum of 8 hours per week dedicated to client care.
Documentation of visits and treatment plans within the specified timeframe.
Engagement in professional development opportunities and continuing education.
