We are actively seeking 4th‑year residents and fellows who want to begin their outpatient journey part time—starting as early as the New Year—with the opportunity to expand hours over time and transition into a full‑time attending role. About the Role Part‑Time Psychiatrist (with option to ramp to full‑time) In‑person and telehealth options available You will: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management Work closely with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians Participate in case consultations and interprofessional learning Grow your caseload at a pace that aligns with your training schedule and career goals Step into a practice that values your voice, your ideas, and your clinical growth Compensation: $150/hour for Board‑Eligible psychiatrists $200–$250/hour for Board‑Certified psychiatrists (dependent on schedule) Minimum: 8 clinical hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules.
