RN Clinical Supervisor – Care Management

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to lead our dynamic Care Management team. This leadership role is key to ensuring high-quality, integrated care for patients with a range of medical and behavioral health needs—from mild to complex.
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide hands‑on support, clinical oversight, and strategic direction to a team of licensed and unlicensed care managers. You will also play a vital role in performance management, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support care managers to ensure effective, patient-centered care
Provide clinical oversight, review cases, and guide care planning
Monitor documentation accuracy, caseloads, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations
Ensure adherence to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and internal protocols
Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives and policy development
Participate in interdisciplinary case coordination as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in care management, managed care, or a related healthcare setting
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certifications
Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
Case Management Certification (e.g., CCM, ACM) (Preferred)
Skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid benefits and care coordination practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
Excellent communication, coaching, and decision‑making abilities
