Position Summary The Market Business Partner (Technology Division) is a senior sales leader, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development in an assigned portfolio of accounts and by acquiring new client's business. This role partners closely with internal sales teams to mentor, coach, and execute strategies that align with market trends and client needs. The Market Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep industry knowledge to deliver innovative solutions and foster long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts and finding new business opportunities.

Attend client meetings to secure new business.

Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand client relationships and revenue streams.

Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Translate market insights into actionable plans that drive growth and client value.

Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with decision‑makers across client organizations.

Deliver solutions tailored to client business objectives and technology needs.

Partner with internal sales teams to enhance prospecting, solution selling, and account management capabilities.

Provide coaching and guidance to ensure consistent execution of best practices.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Recruiting, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure seamless client experience.

Skills

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.

Requirements

5–7 years of sales experience, preferred experience in technical staffing industry.

Ability to travel to see clients within the Boston market area.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $101,600–$127,000

Commission eligibility based on gross profit/revenue.

PTO: 17 days (0–4 years), increases with tenure.

8 paid holidays + early release before holidays + 1 week holiday closure.

In accordance with Massachusetts pay equity law, Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job‑related factors, is between $101,600 and $127,000. This position is eligible for commissions on base salary amounts, according to a schedule of gross profit, starts or revenue achieved from sales activities.
