As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in fueling Kforce’s growth by connecting great people with great clients.
Responsibilities
Generating new sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and direct contact with clients.
Schedule and attend client meetings with the goal of engaging them to utilize our professional technical staffing services, project, and technology solutions.
Developing and fostering relationships with clients while becoming their go-to expert within our industry.
Gain awareness regarding client's vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
Deliver presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging approach.
Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
Collaborate with internal Kforce colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation and debrief and salary negotiation.
Manage clients' relationships throughout the assignment to expand Kforce presence within existing client accounts.
Monitoring and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: 2–8 years in sales-related roles.
Skills: Networking, client engagement, negotiation, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional travel required within the Boston market area.
Training & Development
Individual and classroom training for sales professionals.
Job shadowing, mentorship, and access to Kforce University.
Continuous learning through meetings, speakers, and lunch & learns.
Base salary: $71,120–$88,900 (Massachusetts pay equity law disclosure).
Uncapped monthly commission
17 PTO days (0–4 years), 8 paid holidays, 1 week holiday office closure.
