If you have the experience to scale sales teams and the capital to invest in yourself (no franchise fees or investment with Farmers) we have a model to discuss and there are tremendous resources available to support someone with the experience and capital. Do You Have
A drive for personal and financial achievement through meeting customer needs
A strong positive presence in their local community and the desire to make a positive impact in peoples lives
An aspiration for a career that can be both personally and financially rewarding
Demonstrated success driving business results (not limited to insurance or financial services)
Strong track record of professional success, ideally in external sales, business ownership or management roles
Key entrepreneurial traits including the desire to manage their own time and personal financial success
The desire to network and build relationships that will obtain new customers, and retain existing customers
Financial ability to begin and sustain a business
Ability to organize, operate and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer service
A desire and the resources to scale a team, and provide what they need to be successful (a Servant Leader)

Satisfactory results on a background check.
Attainment of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses. (We also support the 6. 63. SIE and more but these are not required)
We also have a dynamic Medicare desk available and support the AHIP certification.
Access to 100k startup capital. Farmers does not charge startup fees, and we are not a franchise.
Successful completion of the University of Farmers training program.
