The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to building the company, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing a strong brand presence in the industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall business strategy and vision for the company. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors. Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Lead outside sales efforts to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to ensure favorable terms. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. Analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Foster a positive company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for the company. Ability to analyze data effectively to drive business decisions. A proactive mindset with a passion for entrepreneurship and business development.
